The cup is rich, full bodied with a good tannin structure delivering a smooth malty spiciness.
It is best served with a dash of milk….and makes a fantastic, traditional cup of tea.
Use 1 teaspoon of English Breakfast per person, pour boiling water over and allow to infuse for between 3 – 4 minutes depending on your taste.
